HOW TO BOOK
\nAt the Hotel Casa de la Rosa the rooms can be booked through the website or by contacting the hotel reception at 0040729797900 or by e-mail at office@hotelcasadelarosa.ro.<\/p>\n
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
\nConfirmation of an individual booking received by e-mail or telephone is done by sending a Hotel Casa de la Rosa Booking Form. Clients are obliged to verify the accuracy of the data entered in this form. Changes to the confirmed reservation will be accepted subject to availability, at the date of the change.<\/p>\n
METHOD OF PAYMENT
\nPayment is accepted in cash, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or by bank transfer. Payment of the accommodation and additional costs will be made at the latest at check-out. The hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of accommodation at check-in. During major events in the city, the hotel reserves the right to request full payment in advance.<\/p>\n
CANCELLATION POLICY
\nThe client can cancel the reservation free of charge more than 48 hours before arrival. If cancelling less than 48 hours before arrival, the client will be charged the first night's accommodation. No-shows will be charged at the rate of the first night's accommodation and will cancel the remainder of the booked period.<\/p>\n
POLICY ON CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
\nChildren aged 0-6 years (not full) are free of charge if they are accommodated in a room with two paying adults using the same bed.
\nChildren between 6-12 years of age can stay free of charge if they use the existing beds, but breakfast will be charged.
\nBaby cots are also available.
\nThe maximum capacity for beds in a room is 1.
\nThe cots must be requested and confirmed by the accommodation establishment.<\/p>\n
PETS
\nPets are not allowed in the hotel.<\/p>\n
RESTAURANT AND BAR PROGRAMME
\nBreakfast is served during the week from 07:00 to 10:00, and on weekends from 08:00 to 10:00, exclusively for hotel guests, in the hotel restaurant on the ground floor. The restaurant and bar is open daily from 12:00-22:00.
\nThe introduction and consumption of food and beverages from outside the premises, both in the restaurant and on the terrace of the Hotel Casa de la Rosa, is prohibited.<\/p>\n
SMOKING
\nSmoking is prohibited in the hotel. Failure to comply with the ban will result in a penalty of 500 lei\/day.Please be informed that in each room there are smoke detectors that detect cigarette smoke and trigger the smoke alarm.<\/p>\n
PARKING
\nParking is possible in the hotel's spacious car park. We do not reserve parking spaces and we do not charge a fee for our hotel guests.<\/p>\n
INTERNET
\nWireless internet is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.<\/p>\n

THE RIGHT TO SELECT CUSTOMERS:
\nHotel Casa de la Rosa has the right to select guests.
\nOur guests are obliged to comply with the hotel rules.They must respect the peace and quiet in the hotel, restaurant, terrace, car park and the rules of social and moral behaviour.
\nAlso, the guest must take care of the property entrusted to him during his stay.The cost of any damage or destruction of property belonging to Hotel Casa de la Rosa will be borne by those responsible for it.
\nThe Hotel Casa de la Rosa reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service in the restaurant to guests who are drunk, rude or rowdy and whose behaviour is detrimental to the hotel's image or disturbing to other guests.<\/p>\n
FINAL CLAUSE:
\nWe consider that each guest, when accessing any of the services offered by Hotel Casa de la Rosa, has taken cognisance of the terms and conditions mentioned above and has tacitly accepted them.
\nThe above terms and conditions may be changed at any time by Hotel Casa de la Rosa without prior notice.
